PsychResource.ai stores only the information needed to operate accounts, saved worksheets, folders, and exports. Guest worksheets and exports can be used without creating an account.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, username, authentication identifiers, and account timestamps.
- Content you choose to save: worksheet titles, worksheet content, formatting, folder names, and record history such as update time and version.
- Operational information: security, request, error, and availability logs produced by our hosting and database providers.
- Waitlist information: an email address if you voluntarily join the public waitlist.
Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored in the PsychResource.ai application database in readable form.
Clinical and client information
PsychResource.ai is designed for creating professional resources, not for keeping clinical records. Do not enter names, contact details, record numbers, or other information that identifies a client or patient. You are responsible for deciding whether your use meets your professional, organisational, privacy, and record-keeping obligations.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, save and reopen worksheets, organise folders, generate HTML and PDF output, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, protect the service, and communicate about requested access. We do not sell worksheet content or account information.
Service providers and location
Supabase provides authentication and the Postgres database, with the primary project hosted in Sydney, Australia. Cloudflare provides website hosting, request handling, and server-side PDF rendering. These providers process limited information as needed to operate the service and maintain their own security and compliance programs.
Retention and deletion
Saved worksheets and folders remain until you delete them or the account is deleted. Worksheets moved to Trash remain recoverable until you select Delete forever. Deleting a folder moves its worksheets to Unfiled. Deleting an account removes its profile, folders, and worksheet records from the live database; limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire or are replaced.
Your choices
- You can build and export as a guest without cloud storage.
- You can move worksheets to Trash, restore them, or permanently delete them from the library.
- You can request access, correction, or account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
Security
We use encrypted HTTPS connections, managed authentication, database Row Level Security, owner-scoped access policies, document and account quotas, restrictive browser security headers, rate limits, and operational monitoring. Export abuse counters use a hashed network address or account identifier and store aggregate activity rather than worksheet content. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
If a worksheet may identify a client, remove those details before saving or exporting it.
